Driving instructions:

At the main roundabout in Pickering turn left heading on the A170 to Helmsley/Thirsk. 200 metres on the right look for Flintofts Ironmongers. Directly opposite is the Kirk Theatre, drive into the Kirk theatre, the road bears right, keep driving down the side of the theatre. The cottage is situated at the rear.

Parking for Cottage residents is beyond the trellis fencing opposite the conservatory.
